HOW LONG DOES THE MARKET'S BATTERY LAST? CAN IT OPERATE PLUGGED IN AS WELL?

The Market Series A's works both pugged-in and on its internal rechargeable battery. Its battery can last between 8 hours and 2 weeks depending on if Power Saving is enabled, whether a stock index or a cryptocurrency is being tracked, and how often it updates.

HOW DOES THE MARKET CONNECT?

The Market uses WIFI to connect to internet to get market data. 

HOW DO I CONTROL MY MARKET?

You use the free August & Wonder app for iOS or Android to set up and configure your Market. 

DOES THE MARKET NEED THE APP TO WORK?

No. Once you have set up and configured your Market, it will work independent of the app. So no matter where your phone is, or if it's off, your Market will still tilt depending on what is happening in the markets.

DOES THE MARKET REQUIRE A SUBSCRIPTION?

As of February 2023, The Market requires an Annual Support and Service agreement for $39.95 billed annually. This enables us to keep provide continue access and to our IoT and financial data servers. 

CAN I HAVE THE MARKET TRACK MY OWN STOCKS OR PORTFOLIO?

Not yet! This may be a feature we offer going forward as a software/app update 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET MY MARKET?

Currently, we are shipping within 48 hours of ordering. From that point, it depends on which delivery service you select.
