At August & Wonder, we want you to have something you absolutely love. We offer a 30 money back guarantee on your purchase. Within 30 days of receiving your object, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it in with a note describing why you are disappointed, and we will issue a full refund or credit your charge card. Shipping costs are not refundable. We may also require a brief phone conversation so we can fully understand how the object did not met your needs or expectations. For returns under our 30 Day Satisfaction policy, return shipping cost is responsibility of the buyer. Objects must be returned in new condition in their original box and shipping packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
After 30 days, returns or exchanges can be accepted only under terms of One-Year Limited warranty.

One Year Limited Warranty
We will replace, repair or exchange items if they are defective under the terms of our one year limited warranty or were damaged in shipping.
What does this Warranty cover?
The warranty covers any defects in the the August & Wonder product you have purchased (the “Product”) due to materials or workmanship for one year from the date of your purchase. This Warranty covers you if you are the original owner of the Product.
How long does the coverage last?
This Warranty lasts for one year from the date of your purchase of the Product original purchaser and owner of the Product.
What will August & Wonder do?
If the Product, when used properly, is shown to be defective due to material or workmanship within the applicable warranty period, then we will repair or replace any defective units.
What is not covered by this Warranty?
This Warranty is limited to major defects that result from poor construction or workmanship or defective materials.
This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse; (d) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of August & Wonder (g) to a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of August & Wonder; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.
Additional limitations.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE THAT YOU PAID FOR YOUR PRODUCT.

Your rights under state law.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages in connection with the sale of consumer products, so the above limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
